He and his wife, Kelly, with their two kids in tow, participated in art shows across the country. Jon Allen’s passion initially lead him to hand-making highly structural, architectural jewelry. He counts among his influence’s abstract painters such as Paul Klee and influential architects like Frank Lloyd Wright. For Jon, it didn’t take long to realize his interest resided at the intersection of architecture and art and that sentiment remains a driving force. He spent time in Europe during his formative years in awe of the centuries-old traditions of Western art.
